Honda GY6150 Engine

The Honda GY6150 is a single cylinder air-cooled engine that comes standard with two valves. The crank shaft drives a CVT drive unit which in turn drives a final gear in the rear arm that is connected to the ouput driveshaft. The GY6150 engine develops about 13 hp. Both standard and aftermarket performance parts are readily available for these engines.

The GY6150 has emerged as the industry standard design for a mid-sized buggy.
