Can I register my Dune Buggy as Street Legal?
Dune Buggies, ATVs and Dirt Bikes do not generally require registration to be driven on private property and most rural areas across the United States. Certain State Recreation areas may require Off-Highway Vehicle Registration for these vehicles. Although Dune Buggies are not sold as Street Legal vehicles, many States have allowed them to be registered for street use. Dune Buggies generally have most of the equipment needed and come with a Title (MSO) and Bill of Sale. We do not guarantee that you will be able to register your Dune Buggy for street use. Do the Gokart and Minibike Kits come with an engine?
Our Kits can be ordered with or without an engine. Add the kit to your shopping cart, then scroll down to add your engine. If you want an engine, you must add an engine to your order. We have tried to make this as clear as possible. However, many customers ask this question every day. (Top)
Do you carry Yerf-Dog parts?
Yerf-Dog has been out of business for several years. We carry many OEM parts for Yerf-Dog products. However, you will not be able to order parts based on a Yerf-Dog part number. Instead, you must carefully measure your existing part, then select your part on our website. We cannot tell you what you need over the phone. Please order carefully as parts are not returnable. Customers typically need Ball Joints and Swing Arms for this model. Sorry, we do not carry these parts. (Top)
Do the products come fully assembled?
Our products are fully assembled, adjusted and tested at the Factory, then packaged for shipping directly to the customer. As such, the customer is responsible for product setup, commonly referred to as Dealer Prep. Dune Buggies generally require the customer install the Seats, Wheels, Roll Cage, Battery, Fuel Lines, Lights, Fluids, etc. Bikes and Mopeds may require installation of the Handlebars, Front Wheel, Battery, Fluids, Trunk etc. Gokarts and Minibikes are generally delivered fully assembled. GokartsUSA recommends a qualified technician setup any product purchased on this website. If a setup or maintenance task is beyond the expertise of the customer, then the customer agrees to seek the services of a competent professional mechanic at his own expense. No labor charges for product setup, maintenance or repair shall be covered under warranty. Incorrect procedures or performance of procedures by persons not qualified can result in product damage, an unsafe vehicle, and may void any warranty. Gokart and Minibike Kits generally require full assembly by the customer. (Top)
What does the Warranty cover?
Manufacturers generally provide limited warranty coverage against defects and workmanship. Coverage is for parts only. Labor is not covered. All warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer. All manufacturer procedures must be followed in order to obtain warranty coverage - No Exceptions. GokartsUSA can assist the customer in obtaining warranty coverage from the manufacturer. Accidents or Damage resulting from use or misuse, failure to install oil, setup not performed by qualified mechanic, etc. are not covered under warranty and may void warranty. Parts must be returned to the manufacturer for inspection before any replacement parts are sent to customer under warranty. Customer must pay for shipping of parts. Normal wear and tear items including, but not limited to wheels, tires, batteries, lights, switched, clutches, brakes, filters, cables, wires, belts, chains, pumps, seats, are generally not covered under warranty. Warranties are NOT provided for parts, kits, pocket bikes or performance parts. (Top)

Which products have Free Shipping?
Most of our products include Free Shipping except Kits, Parts and Engines. Kenbar Gokarts will present a small shipping charge at checkout time. This is because they are nationally advertised this way. When you add shipping, you will see that our prices on Kenbar Gokarts are always the lowest. Some other products may also present a shipping charge. To display any shipping charge in advance of checkout, add the item to your cart, enter your zip code and click on Calculate Shipping. (Top)
Do your products come with a Title?
Yes. Dune Buggies and Bikes come with a Title (MSO - Manufacturers Statement of Origin). The MSO is normally included with the product at delivery time. If not, you can request an MSO online after you receive your product. Gokarts and Minibikes are considered toys and do not require an MSO or registration. (Top)
Which products can be sold in California?
All Gokarts, ATVs, Minibikes and Minichoppers can be sold in California. All ACE and Xtreme products can be sold in California. The Yamaha and Viper Dune Buggies can be sold in California. Roketa Scooters and Dune Buggies cannot be sold in California. (Top)
What do I do if I have a Technical Question or Problem?

Can you ship outside the USA?
Yes. For smaller items like Parts or Kits, simply Order Online. Select the Pay-by-Check method and we will contact you with wire payment instructions. Larger items such as Dune Buggies and ATVs can be Shipped to Canada, Europe, South America, Australia, Asia, Middle East and most other World Wide locations. This generally requires the use of a Freight Forwarding Company. Contact any Freight Forwarding Company in your Country or choose one from our list and obtain their USA shipping address. Then, order your product online or call us and provide the USA shipping address. We will ship the product to your Freight Forwarder free of charge. Use the Pay-by-Check option at checkout time. We will make arrangements for wire payment when we contact you to finalize your order. (Top)
