MSO Request. Request for the Manufacturer Statement of Origin (Title) for your vehicle. The MSO will arrive either with your vehicle, or by mail within 10 days of receiving your vehicle. MSOs are sent to the original purchaser only. If for some reason you do not receive your MSO, you can request it here. You will need the 17 digit VIN Number stamped on your vehicle and your GokartsUSA order number in order to process your request
