PLACE AN ORDER THROUGH OUR WEBSITE Follow the steps in the shopping cart. Fill out the order form completely making sure that all spaces that apply are filled in and correct to make sure that you receive your order without delay.

PAYMENT METHODS FOR ORDERS
CREDIT CARD ORDERING WE SECURITY CHECK ALL CREDIT CARDS. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. When placing orders, you must have the following information from the credit card: We need the expiration date, the credit card number, the cardholder's phone number for the home & where they can be reached during the day, the credit card owner's name and billing address.
WIRE TRANSFER Large purchases exceeding the credit limit amounts that can be placed on a credit card can be paid via Wire Transfer. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Must be paid via Wire Transfer. In order to avoid delays in shipping your order, please send all International Wire Transfers in GUARANTEED US FUNDS. Sorry, we cannot accept credit card payments on International Orders.

ONLINE ORDERING:
- You must be over the age of 18 to submit an order online with a credit card. Young people under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian place the order on their behalf.

You may be required to enter the three digit number located on the back of your card. This number is usually located in the signature line to the far right. Some cards have all sixteen account numbers, a space, then the three digit customer identification number. Other cards only have the last four digits of your account number, a space, then the three digit card identification number. Collection of this three digit card validation number is another security measure required by the credit card companies.

Also .... The "Billing Address" submitted on the online order form MUST match the mailing address where you receive your monthly credit card statement. (The address your statement is mailed to is your billing address) Before your order can be processed an "Address Verification Check" must be performed. We enter the first five digits of the billing address and complete zip code into the credit card terminal to verify the billing address you've submitted. This is required by the credit card company before an approval number is granted. All of these security measures are required since the card holder is not physically present.

Transit Times for Parts Orders via UPS Ground
Ordering Go Karts
Gokarts are generally shipped fully assembled. Dune Buggies are fully assembled, adjusted and tested at the factory then packaged for shipping to the customer. The customer is responsible for setup including but not limited to installation of wheels, seats, overhead cage, battery and fuel line. All major components including the engine, drive system, throttle cable, brakes and steering wheel are already in place. No special tools are required. The engines are shipped without motor oil or gasoline. Add oil and fresh gasoline before attempting to start. If the product setup is beyond the scope of expertise of the customer, we recommend that a qualified atv mechanic perform the setup of your vehicle. We can supply any replacement part or advice you may need for your machine in the future.
Ordering Mini Bikes
Most Mini Bikes are shipped via UPS or FedEx anywhere in the 48 States. Dirt Bikes are shipped by a freight company due to their size and weight. Bikes may require installation of the handlebars and/or front wheel.
