How to Upgrade your Scooter
Upgrade the CDI. The Factory CDI on most scooters is restricted. This prevents the engine from achieving maximum RPM. Our Performance CDI fixes this and enables the scooter to reach much higher speeds
Transmission Upgrades can add up to 40% more Power and Take-off Speed. You can begin by changing out your stock Variator Rollers with Sliders Weights. Upgrading to a stiffer Clutch Torque Spring works in conjunction with the Sliders to enable the transmission to up-shift at a higher RPM. Adding a Performance Variator will further increase performance by allowing the Sliders to move higher and faster. These Variators have different coatings and angles which provide a better drive ratio and enable higher RPM and Horsepower. Finally, a Performance Clutch and Kevlar Drive Belt will complete the Transmission Upgrade and unleash the full power your scooter can achieve
Eliminate the Stock Air Box and replace it with a Performance Air Filter for maximum air flow
Upgrade the Exhaust. The stock exhausts are very restrictive. A Performance Exhaust solves this issue and allows the engine to achieve maximum horsepower
Finally, a Cylinder Upgrade Kit can be the final step in any scooter upgrade
