Use This Form to Request an MSO. An MSO can only be issued to the original purchasor and only if you purchased from GokartsUSA. If you purchased from another dealer or private party, you must obtain registration documents from them. Although not required, some customers may wish to register their off-road product with their local DMV. MSOs are usually delivered with the product or mailed to the customer within 10 days of receiving the product. If you do not receive an MSO, you can request it here. We will process your request and the MSO will be mailed to you within about 10-30 days. MSOs are provided as a courtesy. Registration is the responsibility of the customer. GokartsUSA does not guaranty you will be able to register your product. Please check with your local authorities to determine registration requirements in your area prior to ordering.
