This racing go kart comes with a 90 day factory warranty from the manufacturer that covers manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover any standard wearable parts or parts damaged from use, misuse or accidents. Labor costs to fix any problems are not included in this warranty. If a part needs to be replaced under warranty, it is the buyer's responsibility to ship the defective part back for replacement. The manufacturer will cover the shipping charges for the replacement part, but not for defective part return. |
