HOW TO UPGRADE CN250
   
      The stock CDI limits the CN250 to about 5500 RPM. Our RACING CDI upgrade fixes this and allows the engine to achieve 9500 RPM. Further upgrades shown below can increase the output of the standard engine all the way up to 21.5hp with simple modifications
     Next, a Transmission Upgrade can dramatically improve low end power and acceleration by up to 40%. You can start with a Basic Upgrade to SLIDER WEIGHTS (18 or 19 gram) for your stock variator and installing a CLUTCH SHORTY TORQUE SPRING
     Further upgrades include a DR PULLEY VARIATOR, Racing Clutch and KEVLAR DRIVE BELT. We recommend the CLUTCH KIT shown below because it includes the Clutch, Bell, Torque Spring and Pulley to insure a proper fit. The DR PULLEY HiT CLUTCH can be used when maximum racing performance is desired. Use your existing Bell, Pulley and add a SHORTY SPRING. Choose the LEVEL1 or LEVEL2 Upgrade to get all parts needed.
    The next step would be Installing a PERFORMANCE EXHAUST, HIGH FLOW AIR INTAKE, and larger CARB MAIN JET. The STAGE 2 POWER PACK includes everything you need.
