DO THE PRODUCTS COME FULLY ASSEMBLED?

NO.

You are skipping the Dealer and saving over half of the cost of a retail customer.

Your Vehicle will arrive in a crate.

Initial Setup must be performed by Qualified Mechanic.

Your vehicle will be shipped in a crate about 98% assembled. Product must be un-crated and setup by the customer's mechanic. Our products are assembled, adjusted and tested at the factory, then packaged in a crate for shipping directly to the customer. see Documentation section of our website for Assembly Guides.

Please remember that by purchasing a product wholesale, you are responsible for performing the setup that a store or local dealer would normally perform - such as installing/checking the wheels, seats, roll bars, hooking up the fuel line, battery and lights, checking tightness and Torque all Hubs, Nuts and Bolts, changing oil, etc.

Although we do provide some very good information on our website, occasionally some units may need other routine items checked/adjusted such as cleaning and adjusting the carburetor and fuel tank, checking to ensure wires are well connected, adjusting chain slack and alignment, if needed. Since you are skipping a dealer and saving over half the price of a usual retail customer, you will need to perform the final assembly (as stated above). This will take generally 2-6 hours or more to perform depending on your product and skill level. While we will gladly assist you with any technical questions, support we can give over the telephone is limited. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that a Qualified Mechanic perform the setup of your product. we cannot refund or exchange your unit if you cannot perform these functions or refuse to let a shop do it for you.

CAN I REGISTER MY BUGGY AS STREET LEGAL?

Gokarts and Buggies are NOT sold as street legal vehicles.

Dune Buggies, ATVs and Dirt Bikes do not generally require registration to be driven off-Road, on Private Property and most rural areas accross the United States.

Certain State Recreation areas may require Off-Highway Vehicle Registration for these vehicles.

Although Dune Buggies are not sold as street legal vehicles, many States have allowed them to be registered for full street use. In some instances, they may also be registered as a Golf Cart or SLV, Slow Moving Vehicle if driven within a limited distance from a resort, golf course or other facility. Our larger Buggies say Dune Buggy on the Title and do not indicate off-road use only. They may also be registered as a farm vehicle with limited street use.

Gokarts and Minibikes are considered to be toys and do not require registration of any kind.

DO YOUR MINIBIKE AND GOKART KITS COME WITH AN ENGINE?

Our Minibike and Gokart kits can be ordered with or without an engine. Engines are sold separately and are not included with the kit. If you want an engine, you must add one. Add the kit to your shopping cart, then scroll down to add an engine.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

Vehicles may come with a limited 30/90 day warranty from the manufacturer covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Labor is NOT covered under any circumstance. Damage during operation is NOT covered.

Damaged or missing delivery items will be replaced if reported within 3 days of delivery.

Warranties are not offered on parts and kits.

Manufacturer Warranties cover defective parts only and do not include parts worn by standard use (such as tires, belts, clutches, chains, etc.) or parts damaged from use, accidents, abuse, misuse or improper maintenance or improper initial setup and maintenance of the product. Labor is not covered for any reason. Gokarts USA will assist the customer in obtaining warranty coverage from the manufacturer. The Customer must first complete a Help Request. Customer may be required to return the defective or damaged part to manufacturer first before a replacement will be sent. Products are sold warehouse direct in a crate and are not delivered ready to ride. Customer is responsible for product initial setup and final assembly, which must be performed by qualified mechanic. Full Warranty information including a Warranty Claim Form can be found in the Customer Service section of our website. Read Order Terms for more info before placing an order.

WARRANTY REGISTRATION AND DELIVERY INSPECTION REPORT:
It is the customer’s responsibility to register products for warranty within 5 days of delivery. The delivery Inspection form (PDI) must also be completed as required by all dealerships in the USA. This is a REQUIRED step in the Assembly Process. By omitting this step you will be VOIDING your warranty. See Customer Service section for full warranty information and required Warranty Registration Forms

HOW DO I SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM?

The manufacturer's limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Labor is NOT covered under any circumstance. Damage during operation is NOT covered. To initiate a Warranty Claim, you must first complete a Help Request in the Customer Service section of our website. Upon review, our staff may direct you to complete Warranty Request on our website and send the defective part(s) back to us for inspection and repair or replacement. A copy of the mechanic initial setup invoice is required.

Items not covered:
The Manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage from use, abuse, accidents, operation or incorrect initial setup and maintenance.

Parts can be ordered at any time on our website.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS FREIGHT DAMAGED?

Damaged or missing items will easily be replaced under warranty. Just complete a Help Request in the Customer Service section of our website. Have the delivery Driver note the damage and initial the delivery receipt. This will protect you if you have to make a claim. Complete a Help Request in the customer service section of our website. Shipping crates are designed to sustain damage to the packaging while still protecting the contents. We will process your Help Request and order replacement parts free of charge under warranty from the manufacturer.

Upon delivery, if you notice any Severe Damage or defects, you must note them on the shipping receipt and refuse delivery before the delivery person leaves. Do not accept delivery unless you intend to keep the product as shipped. Please notify Gokarts USA immediately.

WHICH PRODUCTS HAVE FREE SHIPPING?

MANY VEHICLES ARE SHIPPED FREE. These items will display the FREE SHIPPING icon in the Product Description. This is a $175 to $650 Value included free on many items!

SOME PRODUCTS CARRY A SHIPPING CHARGE. Parts, Kits, Engines and other items may carry a shipping charge. This is due to manufacturer required pricing which does not reflect shipping. To check a shipping charge in advance of checkout, click add-to-cart, display your cart, then enter your zip code to Calculate-Shipping. No HANDLING CHARGE or Hidden Fees will be charged.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive several emails as your order is processed. An email notification indicating your order has been Shipped will contain a Tracking Number if available. If this email does NOT contain a Tracking Number, that means that a Tracking Number is Not Available. Tracking Numbers will not be provided for Truck Freight shipments. The carrier will call to schedule delivery once the item arrives at the local terminal

WHICH PRODUCTS CAN BE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA?

Products approved for California will indicate so on the product listing. Many California customers are disappointed to learn that some products are not approved for sale in California. Products must be certified by CARB (California Air Resources Board) before they can be sold in California. CARB has the most stringent emissions requirements in the world

DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A TITLE?

The Manufacturer Statement of Origin (Title) will either be included with your product or mailed to you within 10 days of delivery. An MSO can only be issued to the original purchasor and only if you purchased from GokartsUSA. If you purchased from another dealer or private party, you must obtain registration documents from them. Although not required, some customers may wish to register their off-road product with their local DMV. If you do not receive an MSO, you can complete an MSO request in the Customer Service section of our website. Please make sure to call us to once your MSO Request has been successfully submited. We will process your request with you on the phone and the MSO will be mailed to you within about 10 days. Registration is the responsibility of the customer. GokartsUSA does not guaranty you will be able to register your product. Please check with your local authorities to determine registration requirements in your area prior to ordering

Small Items: Simply order Online and pay by Paypal. items such as Minibike and Gokart Kits, Parts, Torque Converters and Engines will be shipped UPS or FedEx to most worldwide locations. (sorry, we cannot accept an international credit card).

Large Items: Order Online, use GokartsUSA Checkout and pay by Wire Transfer. Contact a Freight Forwarding Company. We will provide you with pickup information for your Freight Company. WHAT ARE THE DANGERS OF OPERATING A POWERSPORT VEHICLE?

Important Safety Info: OBTAIN AND CONSULT THE MANUFACTURER OWNER’S MANUAL FOR COMPLETE SAFETY INFORMATION WARNING: POWERSPORTS VEHICLES CAN BE HAZARDOUS TO OPERATE. SERIOUS INJURIES OR DEATH CAN RESULT. OPERATOR ASSUMES ALL RISK • Read owners manual and all labels before you operate your Powersports vehicle. If you did not receive owners manual with the vehicle, contact the manufacturer to obtain a copy prior to assembly and operation of your vehicle • IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you complete an accredited safety course before operating your vehicle. Many organizations can provide Rider Education and Training such as the ATV SAFETY INSTITUTE or the DIRTBIKE SCHOOL

• Vehicles require proper setup before operation. Vehicle setup MUST be performed by a qualified technician. If the customer performs the vehicle setup, the vehicle should be inspected by a qualified technician prior to operation. Failure to engage the services of a qualified technician may result in the operation of an unsafe vehicle
• Always wear an approved motorcycle helmet, eye protection, and protective clothing
• Loose clothing, long hair, or articles worn by the operator must be controlled or covered to prevent them from being caught in the moving parts of the vehicle or the surrounding environment while riding
• Be sure the throttle and brake controls work freely before starting engine
• Operator must be seated before starting engine
• Keep all covers and shields properly installed
• Vehicles are not manufactured for use on public streets, roads, or highways and are not intended for such operation
• Do not operate at excessive speeds. You increase risk of losing control if you operate at speeds to fast for the terrain, visibility conditions, or the limits of your experience
• Adult supervision is required when operating Powersports vehicles
• Do not attempt wheelies, jumps or other stunts. Doing so could result in serious injury or death
• Do not ride without a warning flag in place. It makes other riders aware of your position in low visibility situations. Warning flags may be purchased at any ATV shop
• Operating without a brush guard could result in serious injury or death
• ENGINE SURACE IS HOT
• ROLLOVER OR FALLING OFF MAY CAUSE DEATH
• Before using vehicle, read operating instructions
• OPERATOR USE ONLY PASSENGERS PROHIBITED
• Adult supervision and instruction are required
• NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 16
• ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET and other protective equipment
• Do not operate after consuming ALCOHOL OR DRUGS
• Gasoline is flammable. Shut off engine, avoid sparks and open flame when refueling
• Read owner's manual carefully before ridding. Keep owner's manual with vehicle
• Remain seated and hold on to handle while moving
• Do not start vehicle until operator is seated
• Operate from driver side only and not on public roads
• Keep entire body inside vehicle while moving
• Drive slowly in turns and straight up and down slopes
