You may return most items within 90 days of purchase. We will inspect your return and issue a refund less actual shipping and restocking charges. Items must be in New, Unused Condition in the Original Packaging in order to receive a refund. we will provide you with the correct Return Address for your item(s). (more info)

What does the Warranty Cover?
Defects in material and workmanship. Parts only, Labor is NOT covered. Damaged or missing delivery items will be replaced under warranty. Repairs, and Maintenance are NOT Covered. Customer is responsible for vehicle final assembly, initial setup, adjustment, maintenance and repairs, to be performed by a qualified mechanic, even on assembled units.

Submit MSO (Title) Request
The Title will arrive with the product. It will be included with the shipment on export orders.
MSOs are sent to the original purchaser only. If for some reason you do not receive your MSO, you can submit an MSO Request. You will need the 17 digit VIN Number and your GoKarts USA order number in order to process your request. (learn more)
