Help RequestRequest Assistance, Ask a Question, Report a Problem, Obtain Broken or Missing Delivery items. These items will be quickly replaced under Warranty. This is the First Step and fastest way to obtain support. We will reply within 2-3 hours if request placed during business hours, after hours 24-48 hours

Parts Request. Most of our parts are available for Online Ordering. Please Order Parts Online. If However, you do not see the parts you need on our website, you can request a Parts Purchase Order here. We will reply with pricing and, if you wish to proceed, we will contact you for payment information

Service Request: We can fix it for you. Service, Repair, Maintenance, Assembly, Setup, Problem Diagnosis. This form is completed by our Staff when you bring your item to our Service Center in Benicia, California. Your Request will remain active throughout the entire process from Diagnosis to Estimate, Repair, Parts, Labor, Invoice, Payment, and Pickup 

Submit a Review. See and Post Customer Reviews. Blast us, Praise us, Tell us what you think About Us -or- the Product you purchased, Make Suggestions, Tell us about your Shopping Experience with us. We may post your review, good or bad, on our website. Customer opinions and suggestions are very important to us. This is your chance to express your opinions for others to read. Return Request. You may return most items for a prompt refund within 21 days of purchase. We will inspect your return and issue a refund less actual shipping and restocking charges. a 6% cancellation fee may also apply. Items must be in New, Unused Condition in the Original Packaging in order to receive a refund. we will review your request and provide you with the correct Return Address for your item(s)

Warranty Claim Request. Request Warranty Coverage from Manufacturer. Customers must first complete a Help Request. Upon reviewing your Help Request, our staff may direct you to submit a Warranty Claim Request. Defective parts must be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection before a replacement part will be sent. We will provide claim form and return address

MSO RequestThe MSO (Title) will sometimes arrive with your vehicle or by mail within 10 days of receiving your vehicle. MSOs are sent to the original purchaser only. If for some reason you do not receive your MSO, you can request it here. You will need the 17 digit VIN Number stamped on your vehicle and your GokartsUSA order number in order to process your request

FedEx Claim. Be sure to ship your item to a secure location. Select Express or 2-Day shipping options to require a signature at delivery time. Submit a claim for lost, stolen or damaged shipments directly with FedEx. You will need your tracking number to file a claim. 

Financing Made Easy: Minimum credit requirement is 550 and rates range from 5.99% to 18.95%. Terms range from 36 to 240 months. Finance orders from $1000 up to $500,000.00 – No limit on commercial deals. Co-Signers welcome! 0% down for qualified customers. APPLY NOW

Layaway Orders: GoKarts USA offers an up to 90-day layaway program. Customers may place an order and make payments towards it until it is paid in full. Once the order is paid in full we will release it for shipping. Simply place an order and selected Customer Account for your Payment Method. Our Payment Processing Team will email you an Invoice that you may make payments towards at your convenience. Please note, layaway orders DO NOT place a reservation on limited inventory items.
