  • Correct Return Address for your item(s)
Our staff is dedicated in providing high quality products and support. If however, you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your VEHICLE within 90 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus all actual shipping costs, handling and other additional charges

Customer is responsible for returning vehicles at his/her own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted

Vehicles will be inspected upon return.  The following charges may be deducted from any refund
  • 25% - 35% restocking charge based upon the condition of the vehicle
  • Excessive use
  • Damage
  • Missing parts
  • Alterations
  • Improper setup or maintenance 
We do not accept any return vehicle that has any sustained damages and no refund will be offered

You may return most Parts and Kits for a prompt refund. Items returned within 21 days of delivery will be credited in the same form as the original payment type or store credit redeemable on future purchases. Returned items must be received in our warehouse within 14 days after return initiation. Items must be returned in new or unused condition in original packaging and contain all original materials included with shipment. Complete a Return Request (RMA) in the Customer Service section of our website to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any item. The RMA number must be displayed on the outside of the package. No return will be accepted unless the RMA number is displayed. We will provide you with the correct return address for your particular item(s) when we process your RMA Request. Items sent to the Wrong Address will not receive a refund. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer. No return shipment will be accepted unless the freight has been prepaid by the customer. Returns shipped freight collect will be refused and returned to the customer, or discarded.  After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less all actual shipping costs. No refund shall be issued on damaged or used items. All items are subject to a restocking fee. 

ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE: Refunds will not be offered for Factory OEM Parts, Special Order items, or items marked as non-returnable on our website. The customer is responsible for all shipping, handling, and restock fees on all orders canceled, refused or returned after they are shipped

We will inspect your return and issue a refund less shipping and any applicable restocking and/or additional charges. see full details 
  1. Returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer with the RMA number written on the package.
  2. Refunds may be in the form of original payment or store credit.
  3. Returns accepted as a courtesy for non-returnable items may incur up to a 50% Restocking charge
Our Products are shipped from a number of our warehouses. We will provide you with the correct Return Address when your request is approved. We are not responsible and no refund will be issued for items not received or sent to a wrong address. use a service that provides tracking and obtain a receipt.
If you refuse delivery, miss your delivery appointment or return a non-defective, undamaged or incorrectly assembled product, you will be charged for all original and return shipping costs. Items returned as damaged or defective are inspected and tested upon arrival. Items may also incur a 25% - 35% restocking fee. Return shipping fees range anywhere from $10 to $695, depending on the size and weight of the item. Return shipping fees should be paid directly to the freight carrier in advance. If not paid in advance, your return may be refused and/or shipping fees may be deducted from your refund after the item is received at our warehouse. 
CANCELLATIONS: Customer acknowledges and understands that Gokarts USA has incurred expenses in processing customer's order. If you cancel your order for any reason, there is no cancellation fee if your order has not been processed. Processed orders cancelled by the customer prior to shipping may incur a 6% cancellation fee. A restock charge may apply on some items and special order items cancelled prior to shipping. Orders cancelled by the customer after an order has shipped will be refunded less all actual outgoing and return shipping charges plus restocking fee

Since you are skipping the Dealer and saving over half the retail cost, you will have some assembly to do.

Vehicles are shipped warehouse direct, in a crate, 95% assembled.

Customer must:

  • un-crate
  • perform initial vehicle setup
  • perform engine oil service
  • check and adjust all systems, throttle, brakes
  • check and tighten all nuts and bolts
  • perform break-in service after 1 hour of operation
  • by customer's mechanic at customer's expense

EVEN ON ASSEMBLED UNITS: Initial Vehicle Setup and maintenance must be performed by a qualified mechanic.

Initial Setup can include installing: wheels, seats, roll cage, lights, battery. Break-in Service must be performed after 1 hour of operation and can include: engine oil service, check and tighten all nuts and bolts, check and adjust cables, throttle, brakes, chain and all other systems.

Who can work on my Vehicle?
There may not be many Go Kart or Scooter shops in your area.

  • Small Engine Repair Shops
  • Garden Equipment Shops

These shops can help with Assembly, Repair or Maintenance. Often times, they can come to your house.

All Parts are available for online ordering.

All Manuals can be downloaded.  


The Manufacturer Warranty DOES NOT COVER REPAIRS. The Manufacturer covers parts only and labor is not covered under any circumstances. Any damaged or missing delivery items will be replaced. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship and DOES NOT COVER repairs or damage due to operation.
