Gokarts and 150cc to 300cc Adult Buggies. Formerly
sold under several brand names, now available
Warehouse Direct at wholesale prices. The Kids
Gokarts are traditional old school style fun karts
just like the Kenbar and Manco karts that used
to be manufactured in the USA and use Honda GX160/200
clone upright engines and Torque Converters. The
Adult sized buggies use GY6 Honda Helix clone
engines with CVT transmissions. TrailMaster machines
are very high quality with almost no warranty
issues and all parts readily available

VEHICLE ASSEMBLY
Since you are skipping the Dealer and saving over half the retail
cost, you will have some assembly to do.
Vehicles are shipped warehouse direct, in a crate, 95% assembled.
Customer must:
- un-crate
- perform initial vehicle setup
- perform engine oil service
- check and adjust all systems, throttle, brakes
- check and tighten all nuts and bolts
- perform break-in service after 1 hour of operation
- by customer's mechanic at customer's expense
EVEN ON ASSEMBLED UNITS: Initial Vehicle Setup and maintenance must be performed by a qualified mechanic.
Initial Setup can include installing: wheels, seats, roll cage, lights, battery. Break-in Service must be performed after 1 hour of operation and can include: engine oil service, check and tighten all nuts and bolts, check and adjust cables, throttle, brakes, chain and all other systems.
Who can work on my Vehicle?
There
may not be many Go Kart or Scooter shops in your area.
- Small Engine Repair Shops
- Garden Equipment Shops
These shops can help with Assembly, Repair or Maintenance. Often times, they
can come to your house.
All Parts are available for online ordering.
All Manuals can be downloaded.

The Manufacturer Warranty DOES NOT COVER REPAIRS. The
Manufacturer covers parts only and labor is not covered
under any circumstances. Any damaged or missing delivery items will be replaced. The
warranty covers defects in material and workmanship and DOES NOT COVER repairs
or damage
due to operation.

I bought this for my kids and after assembling it (took about 2 hours which included unboxing) I had to test it. After limiting the throttle and allowing myself and the kids around 2-3 hours to break it in, I did some carb tuning and tightened up some of the bolts . This thing is an absolute blast. Ride is still pretty stiff but nowhere near as rough as a fixed frame kart. I am 6ft even and 195Lbs and with just me on it, I'm able to break the tires lose on any surface besides pavement. My kids (and wife 5ft 8in 140Lbs) are able to break the tires lose on any surface including pavement. After reading countless reviews about this kart and similar karts it's pretty obvious that most people that have issues with the engine are not changing the oil after their 2-4 hour break in period. Make sure to be nice to it during the break in period, don't skip maintenance and this kart will last a really long time.
For those curious, GoKartsUsa shipped this thing fast. Exactly 7 days after checkout, the kart was in my driveway. It took tsc that long to even acknowledge my kart purchase. I will be buying more karts and parts from GoKartUsa. They were an absolute pleasure to do business with.
