High Performance Racing Variator Kit for the CN250.
Racing Variators increase both Take-off and Speed . Choosing lighter sliders for this variator will allow lower gearing to wind out more giving you a substantial increase in low end power.

This racing variator from Dr. Pulley is precision engineered to increase performance over stock variators. Specially coated ramp plates create less friction on the rollers, allowing them to adapt more rapidly to changing driving conditions and resulting in less wear.
This Dr. Pulley variator comes with the variator, fan plate, and center Boss pin. Rollers or sliders not included.
Outside Diameter: 127mm
Fits on a 17mm Spline
Fits all of the following CN 250cc engines:
Roketa, Baja, Blade, BMS, Carter, Dazon, Hammerhead, JCL, Joyner, Kinroad, Tomberlin and more. Specify Engine Model above

My buggy was lacking low end power. I got this variator and it made a huge difference. I called to make sure it would fit and they were very knowledgable and helpful. It was fairly easy to install.
