TRACKING NUMBERS:
Tracking numbers are not provided for large item Truck Freight shipments. For these orders, the Freight Company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. When they call, be sure to get the telephone number for the local freight terminal and the Pro Number for the shipment. This will put you in control of your delivery. The freight company will give you a delivery time window. If they are late, you can give them a call and get an update if you have obtained the local phone number. They will not deliver your order unless they speak to you and schedule an appointment
 
Tracking numbers will be provided for small items such as parts shipped by Fedex. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer and you will not see a tracking number for these items. If a Tracking number is not displayed here, it is not available
 
 
ORDER DELIVERY:
Gokarts USA CANNOT GUARANTEE EXACT DELIVERY DATE of an order. Small items are shipped via UPS or Fedex and should arrive within 3-7 business days. Some orders may take longer. You will receive an email notification when your order ships. Large items are shipped via Truck Freight and may be delivered within 7-10 business days. Delivery time for some items may be longer. The total time to receive your order can be approximately 1-2 weeks or longer during busy times of the year. Order early if you have a specific date requirement
 
 
TRUCK FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:
Large items will be shipped to your home, business or the nearest trucking terminal. Tracking numbers are not provided for Truck Freight shipments. The Freight Company will call you to schedule a delivery or pickup. The driver will generally help get your product off of the truck. This is sometimes called "lift gate" service. On heavy merchandise, it's best to have someone available to help unload it and get it into your garage. Some large items cannot be delivered to your home and may require that you pick up the item from the nearest freight terminal. If this is the case, the freight company will place the item on your truck or trailer for you. In some rare areas, there may be an extra charge for home delivery or lift gate service. We will let you know if this applies to your order
 
NON DELIVERY:
If the estimated delivery time for your item shown above has passed and you have still not received your order, please give us a call and we will trace your shipment. This can take 24-48 hours

Return Request. You may return most items for a prompt refund within 21 days of purchase. We will inspect your return and issue a refund less actual shipping and restocking charges. a 6% cancellation fee may also apply. Items must be in New, Unused Condition in the Original Packaging in order to receive a refund. we will review your request and provide you with the correct Return Address for your item(s)

Warranty Claim Request. Request Warranty Coverage from Manufacturer. Customers must first complete a Help RequestUpon reviewing your Help Request, our staff may direct you to submit a Warranty Claim RequestDefective parts must be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection before a replacement part will be sent. We will provide claim form and return address

MSO RequestThe MSO (Title) will sometimes arrive with your vehicle or by mail within 10 days of receiving your vehicle. MSOs are sent to the original purchaser only. If for some reason you do not receive your MSO, you can request it here. You will need the 17 digit VIN Number stamped on your vehicle and your GokartsUSA order number in order to process your request
