PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
Setup of this product requires uncrating and installing/checking the wheels, seats, roll bars, hooking up the fuel line, battery and lights, checking tightness of all nuts and bolts, changing oil, etc. Although we do provide some very good information on our website, occasionally some units may need other routine items checked/adjusted such as cleaning and adjusting the carburetor and fuel tank, checking to ensure wires are well connected, adjusting chain slack and alignment, if needed. Since you are skipping a dealer and saving over half the price of a usual retail customer, your mechanic will need to perform the final assembly (as stated above). This will take generally 2-6 hours or more to perform depending on the product and skill level. WARRANTY INFO
This product comes with a 3 month parts only warranty from the manufacturer. There are no returns or exchanges for any reason. The warranty does not include parts worn by standard use (such as tires, belts, clutches, chains, etc.) or parts damaged from use, accidents, abuse, or misuse of the product. Labor is not covered for any reason. Gokarts USA will assist the customer in obtaining warranty coverage from the manufacturer. Customer may be required to ship the defective or damaged part to manufacturer first before a replacement will be sent. Buggies are sold warehouse direct in a crate and are not delivered ready to ride. Customer is responsible for product setup and final assembly, which must be performed by qualified mechanic. We cannot refund or exchange your product if you cannot perform these functions or refuse to let a shop do it for you. WARRANTY CLAIMS
It is the customer’s responsibility to register products for warranty within 5 days of delivery. The Pre-Delivery Inspection form (PDI) must also be completed as required by all dealerships in the USA. This is a REQUIRED step in the Assembly Process.
