Dune Buggy Speedometer Tachometer:
The main feature is a large, well lit RPM tachometer graph. Can be easily mounted on a Dune Buggy, Motorcycle, Utility Vehicle or ATV. The large digital tachometer bar graph is easy to read. The digital gauge has many other useful features like time keeping, engine temperature, resettable distance, and odometer. The tachometer shift lights and temperature lights are great to warn about potential mechanical problems while there is still time to react. The built in stop watch and hour meter is perfect for race training. The adjustable distance setting can be used on those tough enduro courses.

Installation Notes:
Tachometer connection is easy. White connector snaps into mating connector on computer. Black lead is wired to frame ground. Red lead is wrapped around spark plug wire (5 times) or spliced into vehicle coil connector.
Hardware for mounting to 7/8" through 1-1/8" frame bars is included and feature a lockable adjustable viewing angle.
Air-Cooled Engine (all 150cc Buggies):
This Kit comes with everything you need to install on a Liquid-Cooled Engine. To install this Kit on an Air-Cooled Engine, you will need to add an Air Temperature Sensor shown below. Choose a 10mm, 12mm or 14mm spark plug or bolt fitment.
Wire Extensions:
This Kit comes standard with a 36" Temp Sensor wire and a 48" Speedo Sensor wire. Some Buggies may require longer wires. If your Buggy requires longer wires, be sure to add Extension Wires shown below.

I have seen kart speedos (mychron) for over $500. I installed this speedo on my kart. It works great and has so many features. The graphic display tach lets me see it without taking my eyes off the road

This unit responds fairly well on RPM's seems to be a little iratic in holding steady RPMs.
I flush mounted it on my Kandi go kart to a flat steel center panel.
Am still waiting for the 10 mm temp sensor which should help to monitor air cooled (GY6) engine Temp.
Some instructions as far as pulses and programing were a little confusing.
But over all a nice and worth while unit for information on your engine.
